8:00am: Check in/ Gear packages

 

9:00am: Warm up and get ready for the day

 

9:15am - 10:30am: Draw training

Session 1: Draw training

Draw training session with 3x World Champion with Team USA, WLL California Palms Captain, and UNC's all-time leader in draw controls, Ally Mastroianni.

• Wrist strength

• High grabs under pressure

• Reaction drills

• Hand eye coordination drills

• Draw specific techniques

• Live reps
   

11 am - 12:30 pm : Head-to-head competition

Session 2: 1v1 round robin tournament

1v1 draws in a round-robin style competition. You will compete in groups then winners will move on until there is one ultimate Draw Champion for each age group.

 

12:30-1:00pm: Lunch

 

1 - 1:30 pm: Legendary guest speaker - recruiting talk

 

1:45 - 2 pm: Strategize with 3v3 teams 

 

2 pm - 3:30 pm: 3v3 Draw / Circle Tournament 

Session 3: 3v3 competition 

Compete in a 3v3 style competition consisting of draws, circle play and transition. Each team will compete to earn points throughout these games. ex: points for self-draws, points for circle-wins, and points for transitioning the ball up the field into "end-zones." This competition will showcase true grit and game IQ and who can work together with their draw unit the best.
